日出

Sunset

Saddle up for sunset and spend an hour meandering through the rich red sands watching Uluru and Kata Tjuta bask in ever-changing light and colours as the sun slips slowly out of view. Celebrate nature’s incredible light-show with a tipple and bush tucker back at Ayers Rock Resort.

Camel express

Short on time? Get on board the camel train and take a quick tour around the camel farm at Ayers Rock Resort before heading back to the camel museum, where you can satisfy all your curiosities about the history of cameleering in the Red Centre.

Stopping all stations

Explore a working cattle and camel station atop one of its finest at Kings Creek Station, just 36km from Watarrka National Park. Settle in the saddle for a tour of the station and its majestic desert oaks and exquisite wildlife and birdlife.

Rise early for a hearty bushman’s breakfast with your ride, or wait until the evening to see the sun set over the spectacular George Gill Range.

If you’re not convinced that cameleering is for you, try it out with a quick five or fifteen-minute test ride so you can at least get a photo and impress your friends with your spirit of adventure.
