We don’t like to lay down the law, but in some instances, we have to. So, here goes…

In keeping with a positive experience for our fans, we reserve the right to take down photos, comments and other material deemed “un-Territorian,” by the Tourism NT team. This includes, but is not limited to, vulgar language, disturbing photos, angry or aggressive behaviour towards other fans or our team members, and posting anything in violation of any intellectual property right of another. If someone persists in offensive behaviour or continually violates any of our house rules, we may block that person from further participation.

So please, remember to respect the page and your fellow fans.

Complaints

We welcome your feedback, and if you have a specific complaint about anything on our social media channels, we would appreciate if you could communicate directly with our Customer Complaints Team at [email protected]

Your complaint will be dealt by an authorised Tourism NT staff member via direct, one-to-one liaison with you.

Please note that if you prefer to post you complaint on our page, it may be removed once steps have been taken to resolve your complaint.

If you have any questions or comments about this policy, please contact [email protected]

There, we said it.
